  • Pruning

We work with our clients to create a positive relationship between humans and their trees. Pruning services include preservation, safety, clearance from structures, overall health, size, appearance and fruit or flower production. The pruning services we recommend typically focus on several of these objectives.

  • Plant Health Care

We work with you to provide plant health care options to treat disease, or inspect other problems facing your trees and shrubs. We utilize the UW Extension laboratories to analyze plant samples to correctly identify insect and/or disease issues.

  • Tree Planting

One of our favorite parts of the job. There are so many advantages to having trees on your property. It's important to hire a professional to properly plant your trees to give them a healthy start and ensure your trees flourish for generations to come.

  • Tree Support Systems

Urban trees often need some degree of physical support to reduce the risk of structural failure. We can install several types of cabling systems that prevent movement of branches, leaders or the entire tree. They can reduce the risk of injury to humans and damage to property by providing supplemental support for structurally weak areas of the tree.

  • Air Spading

As Arborists, we often encounter trees that have been planted too deeply, have excessive amounts of mulch piled around their trunks, or the soil is compacted in the critical root zone due to construction, heavy machinery or vehicle traffic.

One of the best treatments for soil compaction around trees is root zone aeration which employs the use of an air spade to loosen the soil around the roots of the tree. This can eliminate compaction, allow for any root pruning that’s needed, and make space for the addition of missing organic material and nutrients back into the soil.
